"Error: HECI driver is not installed" when its already running

Hello

I've following problem. After I installed heci driver 3.1.0.31 everything looks OK:
heci: Intel(R) AMT Management Interface - version 3.1.0.31
heci: Copyright (c) 2003 - 2007 Intel Corporation.
ACPI: PCI Interrupt 0000:00:03.0[A] -> GSI 16 (level, low) -> IRQ 17
PCI: Setting latency timer of device 0000:00:03.0 to 64
heci: link layer has been established.
heci: heci driver initialization successful.

But when I try to run ZTCLocalAgent -discovery -verbose I got an error:
Intel(R) ZTCLocalAgent Version: 3.1.0.31

Connected to HECI driver, version: 3.1.0.31
Size of guid = 16
error in IOCTL_HECI_CONNECT_CLIENT recieve message. err=-1
Error: HECI driver is not installed.
Intel(R) AMT device has occurred

My config:
Intel DG965WH with latest bios
Debian Etch with 2.6.22.5 kernel (I also tried with older kernels)

The board you are using does not support AMT.
